Position: Collections Customer Service Representative
Compensation: $20 – $20 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Collections Customer Service Representative to join their team!
Are you ready to jump into an exciting opportunity where you can make a real impact? We have two immediate openings for Collections CSR professionals to assist in recouping funds. This role offers a chance to showcase your customer service skills while navigating important financial conversations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Contact clients regarding incorrect payments
- Explain repayment options professionally
- Handle card payments over the phone
- Maintain detailed records of interactions
- Collaborate with the CSR team to improve processes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Navigate sensitive conversations with ease
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Comfortable handling financial transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive client interactions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in collections or similar roles
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefits management
- Previous experience in a CSR department
