Position: Help Desk Analyst
Compensation: $22 – $28/hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team for a 12 week engagement!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver Tier I – III IT support at corporate office
- Manage service ticketing queue efficiently
- Administer cloud SaaS environments
- Image, configure, and distribute computer systems
- Prepare and update support documentation
- Collaborate on maintenance of virtual and cloud environments
- Track service requests for process improvement
- Communicate effectively with end users and team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365
- Strong PC hardware skills
- Experience with VMWare environments and SaaS solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CompTIA A+ certification or a complete IT degree
- Administration of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Working knowledge of networking hardware
