Position: UI/UX Designer
Compensation: $ 45 – 55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled UI/UX Designer to join their team!

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing designs that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Design user interfaces consistent with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions
- Maintain design systems and style guides
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years related experience or equivalent
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in a technology product environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
