Position: Jira Administrator
Compensation: $55 – $70/hr (depending on experience)
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Jira Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Gather requirements and optimize JIRA Software/ITSM/Confluence
- Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence
- Evaluate and configure JIRA plug-ins and determine licensing needs
- Define JIRA workflows and screen schemes for complex projects
- Generate documentation on JIRA workflows and processes
- Develop and maintain integrations between JIRA and other systems
- Train end users on JIRA features and provide ongoing support
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports
- Configure and manage development and testing sandboxes
- Support JIRA and Confluence users
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years’ experience supporting JIRA
- Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks
- Strong grasp of Web Technologies (Cloud/AWS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java)
- Experience with ITIL support framework
- Ability to create logic flow charts and process diagrams
