Position: Director of Finance
Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Finance to join their team!
Join a leading global manufacturer specializing in heat exchangers with a rich history since the 1920s. This role is a backfill position due to internal movement, offering a unique opportunity to direct financial planning and accounting practices. The company is open to relocation for the right candidate, providing a chance to influence strategic financial decisions and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Direct financial planning and accounting practices
- Develop and implement fiscal functions and policies
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership
- Enhance cash flow projection processes
- Negotiate sales and operating contracts
- Manage tax compliance and filings
- Develop employee incentive programs
- Oversee insurance programs to mitigate risks
- Participate in executive management responsibilities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Seven years of related experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior financial and accounting skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Certified Public Accountant designation
- Proven leadership skills
- Knowledge of Made2Manage or similar financial applications
