Position: Sourcing Specialist
Compensation: $ 80,000 – $ 90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Sourcing Specialist, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain operations. This position offers the chance to work closely with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize cost and delivery efficiency. You’ll be instrumental in aligning supply chain strategies with company needs, making a tangible impact on business success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate vendor quotes and services
- Manage supplier-related activities and resources
- Coordinate with engineering and sales teams
- Prepare competitive Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Engage suppliers strategically
- Drive change and implement improvements
- Organize and manage multiple priorities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five to seven years of related experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively
- Proven record in supply chain optimization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the heat exchanger industry
- Technical knowledge of industrial applications
- Familiarity with strategic supplier engagement
