Position: Field Service Tech
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Tech to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide on-site service and startup of HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot equipment using precision gauges
- Assist customers via phone and email
- Follow service department procedures
- Test components for leaks and malfunctions
- Adjust or replace worn mechanisms
- Install wiring and components
- Maintain records of repairs and replacements
- Travel to job sites for equipment service
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of HVAC experience
- Ability to use Microsoft product software
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- EPA Certification
- Experience with refrigeration systems
- Self-motivated with multi-tasking abilities
