Position: Staff Accountant
Compensation: $18 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Joplin, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in Joplin for a 16-week contract opportunity. This role is open to help the team catch up and cover for a team member on leave. You’ll bring your accounting expertise to make an immediate impact. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable processes
- Support general accounting functions
- Collaborate with team to meet deadlines
- Prepare financial documents and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in accounting, particularly accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- In-depth accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounting software
