Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $45/hr. depending on experience
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead full desk recruiting for core operations roles
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Drive decision-making and candidate engagement
- Recruit passive candidates effectively
- Manage a req load of 20-35 roles
- Ensure exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Collaborate closely with team for regional growth
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Proven track record in talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in client-facing roles
