Position: IT Supply Chain Application Support
Compensation: $ 60 – 70 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Supply Chain Application Support to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll support applications in the Supply Chain and Sustainability suite. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for SaaS implementations and change management processes. The role is open due to expansion, offering you the chance to collaborate across departments and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support SaaS implementations and change management processes
- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and security teams
- Coordinate cutover and issue resolution
- Maintain applications such as DocuSign and Appian
- Document migration plans and rollback procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (Entra ID) and identity management protocols
- Experience with SQL and data migration processes
- Understanding of Rest API webservices support
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Cority and Greenstone applications
- Familiarity with Optro (formerly Auditboard)
