Position: Compensation Analyst
Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a Compensation Analyst, you’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation structures with market trends and business strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth initiatives and ensure equity and competitiveness in compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze and design compensation structures and programs
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support compensation integration for mergers and acquisitions
- Assist with annual compensation reviews and incentive planning
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in compensation analysis or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in oil and gas industry preferred
- Knowledge of compensation frameworks and market surveys
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with pay-for-performance initiatives
- Familiarity with incentive planning
- Understanding of job evaluations
