Position: Records Specialist
Compensation: $18 – $19 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Records Specialist to join their team!
Join us for a unique opportunity to work on a one-month contract at a prestigious site in Tulsa. We’re seeking dedicated professionals to help organize and digitize important documents. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize and clean out file storage areas
- Shred confidential documents securely
- Scan documents for digital storage
- Enter data into a proprietary computer system
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in an office environment
- Proficient in computer usage and data entry
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with document management systems
- Previous work in records management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
