Position: Production Line Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Line Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily work, training, and task assignments for production team members to meet output and schedule goals.
- Perform hands-on assembly, testing, repair, and inspection of mechanical and electrical products and subassemblies.
- Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, documentation, and quality checks to ensure efficient and compliant production.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED with 2–3+ years in a manufacturing environment (or internal production experience).
- Ability to read assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics, and distinguish acceptable vs. defective work.
- Strong attention to detail with solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and manufacturing systems).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Soldering experience and/or internal soldering certification.
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts and precision tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting, rework, and quality inspection in a production setting.
