Position: NetSuite Admin
Compensation: $40 – $50 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled NetSuite Admin to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Lead NetSuite Administrator in Lenexa, Kansas, where you will be the backbone of the ERP ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to guide a dedicated team, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will bridge IT with Finance, Accounting, and Operations, managing critical integrations while enjoying a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead user and role administration, workflows, and custom records.
- Manage sandbox-to-production deployment cycles.
- Act as the lead for integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dayforce.
- Provide guidance and design approval for the NetSuite Admin and Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to translate needs into technical roadmaps.
- Maintain high standards for data migration and reconciliation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Current NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite security model and SuiteFlow.
- Proven experience managing data flows and integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with accounting and finance teams.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience with General Ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close processes.
- Experience with a full-cycle ERP implementation or major NetSuite upgrade.
