Position: Account Manager
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Pryor, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Account Manager to join their team!
Join a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions, committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to grow sales activities within assigned territories and develop strong relationships with manufacturer’s representatives. The company is expanding rapidly, presenting a unique opportunity for professional growth and contribution to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor sales performance and support growth plans
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturer’s representatives
- Provide technical support and guidance on product applications
- Resolve issues affecting quotations, orders, or customer satisfaction
- Travel to rep offices, contractor locations, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high support levels
- Maintain professional and technical development
- Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical education in air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering
- Experience selling HVAC or refrigeration systems
- Account Manager experience in industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to travel 15-25%
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Century Refrigeration products
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor awareness
- Experience in technical product positioning
- Understanding of forecasting and territory planning
