Position: IT Support
Compensation: $29 – $34 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!
Join a well-established company with over 70 years of history, offering growth opportunities and a family-oriented team environment. This role supports 130 internal users, handling everything from basic to tier 3 issues, and reports directly to the management. You will be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving complex issues. This is a backfill position, providing a chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users
- Manage 10-20 tickets per day for hardware, software, and user issues
- Own day-to-day support operations, including troubleshooting and resolution
- Handle basic networking and system-related tasks
- Operate independently and escalate issues to engineers as needed
- Travel to other sites as needed for issue resolution
- Work onsite 90% of the time, Monday-Friday, 8-5
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong Office 365 and troubleshooting experience
- Experience in managing technical support operations
- Ability to handle tier 3 issues independently
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with basic networking tasks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role supporting a large number of users
- Familiarity with system-related tasks
