Position: Level 2 Audio Video Technician
Compensation: $25 – $30 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Level 2 Audio Video Technician to join their team!

As a Level 2 Audio Video Technician, you will play a key role in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced AV systems. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install AV infrastructure items like J Hooks and Cable Cubbies
- Pull, terminate, and test various cabling types
- Mount equipment such as projectors and displays
- Install AV equipment including conferencing and digital signage
- Assist with equipment handling and inventory
- Interpret line and architectural drawings
- Troubleshoot basic AV systems
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Lead installation and implementation of AV equipment
- Ensure all project-related documentation is complete
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of Audio Video installation experience
- Proficiency in Cable Pulling, Rack Building, System Calibration
- Experience with Digital Control Systems and IP-enabled Device Integration
- Knowledge of Videoconferencing Systems
- Ability to read and use CAD/Blueprints
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License with good Driving Record
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Infocomm Certifications (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D)
- Experience with Crestron, BiAmp, Extron systems
- Other Industry Certifications (DMC-E, RCDD, EST)
