Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Compensation: $45 – $53 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!
Step into a dynamic role where you will be the driving force behind talent acquisition for the East Region. This opportunity is perfect for a seasoned recruiter with a knack for sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment. The role is open due to expansion needs, offering a chance to be part of a collaborative and fun team culture.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations/field-related roles
- Source and attract top talent with a hunter mentality
- Handle approximately 25–35 active requisitions
- Collaborate with leadership for strategic hiring initiatives
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven full-cycle recruiting skills
- Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage high-demand req loads
- Stable work history with no excessive job hopping
