Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Compensation: $45 – $53 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where you’ll be at the forefront of recruiting top talent for the East Region. You’ll be part of a vibrant team.This is your chance to make a significant impact in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for the East Region
- Collaborate with leadership to develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent for operations/field-related roles
- Handle approximately 25–35 active requisitions
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven full-cycle recruiting capabilities
- Strong agency recruiting background
- Ability to manage high req loads effectively
- Proactive and motivated in a demanding environment
