Position: Sales Manager
Compensation: $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Manager to join their team!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue through rep leadership, pricing strategy, and direct customer engagement. Be a player-coach who builds relationships with key customers and leads independent rep agencies. This position is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating market momentum.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive revenue performance across a defined region
- Identify growth opportunities in distribution, showroom, and builder channels
- Lead and coach independent manufacturer rep agencies
- Establish clear expectations and KPIs for agencies
- Build direct relationships with key distributors and showrooms
- Develop pricing strategies to drive growth
- Partner with leadership on project pricing and competitive positioning
- Ensure alignment between field activity and company priorities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–10+ years of sales experience in building products or distribution
- Experience managing or working with independent rep agencies
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution and channel dynamics
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and customer negotiations
- Ability to operate independently and drive results
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience in market development and competitive analysis
