Position: Quality Review Specialist
Compensation: $19 /hour
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Quality Review Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Quality Review Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer service excellence. This opportunity arises as a valued team member is on leave for 7 months. You’ll be responsible for reviewing and assessing the quality of customer service calls, providing valuable feedback to improve our service standards. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review customer service calls for quality assurance.
- Assess and score calls to improve service quality.
- Provide actionable recommendations for call improvements.
- Collaborate with customer service reps for training purposes.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience in call centers is ideal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Call auditing skills.
- Industry-specific experience.
