Position: IT/OT Field Technician
Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Wilmington, California
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT/OT Field Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where technology meets operations. As an IT/OT Field Technician, you'll be fully immersed in the bustling terminals of San Pedro and Long Beach. This direct hire position offers the chance to work onsite, ensuring seamless IT and operational technology functions. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the safety and compliance standards of the terminals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage IT support across terminals
- Travel between San Pedro and Long Beach terminals
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Handle networking and troubleshooting
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Mid-level IT experience
- Networking fundamentals knowledge
- Experience with Active Directory
- Proficiency in ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Google Suite
- Familiarity with Dell environments
- OT experience
- TWIC card or willingness to obtain
