Position: Wealth Management Trust Officer
Compensation: $ 85,000 – 95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Wealth Management Trust Officer to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in a rewarding role where you will manage and build trust accounts, handle assets, and oversee legal documents. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in banking or financial services, looking to delve into the trust side of operations. The role is open due to expansion and offers a chance to work closely with clients, manage fiduciary relationships, and contribute to community development through volunteer work.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- Establish and execute a strategic call plan with high potential clients
- Resolve account problems and ensure quality service
- Provide investment strategies and relationship management assistance
- Review accounts for compliance with policies and regulations
- Interpret legal documents and manage discretionary distributions
- Coordinate activities with Tax Services and Investments departments
- Process and approve outgoing wire transfer requests
- Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in trust administration
- Completion of Personal Trust Curriculum Level 1, 2 & 3
- Excellent knowledge of fiduciary management techniques
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of bank’s products and services
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in banking or financial services industry
- Legal background or law school degree
- Experience with trust accounting systems
