Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Compensation: $25 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team!
Join a dynamic accounting team in a large growing organization, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable department during a busy season. With hands-on training and a collaborative environment, this is your chance to be part of a team that values hard work and engagement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process employee reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses
- Handle mileage reimbursements and manual reimbursements
- Support final invoice approvals
- Perform data entry and general AP support
- Collaborate with the AP/Accounting team
- Maintain a paper trail for in-office responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training with the team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Competent and quick learner
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in an AP or accounting department preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within an AP or accounting department
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
