Position: Help Desk Manager
Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage the IT support team effectively
- Develop and implement help desk policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with other departments for IT solutions
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Train and mentor help desk staff
- Analyze help desk data for improvement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support management
- Experience in a Windows/O365 environment
- Skills in Okta, Zoom and ITSM platforms
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- AI experience
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with network and server management
- Advanced certification in IT support
