Position: Technical Support Specialist
Compensation: $ 60,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Configure and maintain PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install and support desktop hardware and software.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Set up user accounts and manage shared drives.
- Perform onsite maintenance and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate on system improvements and projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Apple/macOS environments.
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar.
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
- Basic scripting or automation experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
