Position: Talent Sourcer
Compensation: $34 – 38 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Talent Sourcer to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Talent Sourcer where you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for niche and hard-to-fill positions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, focusing on high-volume phone screenings and engaging candidates through various platforms. This role is open due to team expansion and is perfect for individuals passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings
- Engage talent through LinkedIn recruiter
- Support candidate pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal team on sourcing projects
- Act as the front line for company talent engagement
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting
- Proficiency in LinkedIn recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in corporate recruitment
- Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies
