Position: Compliance Analyst
Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual compliance reviews
- Monitor deposit and lending relationships
- Develop policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Serve as a liaison for regulatory agencies
- Identify risks and test internal controls
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with lending compliance and mortgage origination compliance
- Knowledge of UCC, Regulation B, C, and Z; RESPA; FCRA
- Proficient in computer operations and data entry
- Strong communication and time management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with TRID and other compliance laws
- Background in banking compliance
- Ability to develop bank-specific processes
