Position: Senior Software Developer
Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, KS (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and develop complex software components
- Lead technical design and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Enforce coding best practices across the team
- Create and execute unit tests
- Maintain system documentation
- Propose features for scalability and performance
- Provide effort estimates for requirements
- Collaborate with architects on coding practices
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development and design
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications
- Proficiency in micro-service architecture
- Strong technical skills in architectural patterns
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of algorithmic analysis and design
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Advanced knowledge in third-party development tools
- Understanding of hardware compatibility and operating systems
