Position: Software Developer
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
- Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Follow coding standards and development best practices
- Create and execute unit tests for software components
- Collaborate with architects and product teams for high-quality solutions
- Contribute ideas to improve scalability and performance
- Assist in estimating development effort and timelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Understanding of algorithms and data structures
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Knowledge of modern development tools and application platforms
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
