Position: Shared Services Manager (AR/AP)
Compensation: $92,000 – $121,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Golden, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Shared Services Manager (AR/AP) to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Shared Services Manager, where you’ll lead a dedicated group. This role is pivotal and offers the chance to make a significant impact. With exciting projects like SAP involvement, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of five
- Oversee shared services management with a focus on AR/AP
- Drive process improvements and system automation
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and general ledger processes
- Collaborate on SAP migration projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Shared Services
- 7-10 years of experience in shared services
- Management experience
- Experience with organizations of 1,000+ employees
- Exposure to general ledger and accounting principles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SAP / S4 Hana
- Background in AP/AR management
- Process improvement and automation skills
