Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation: $ 80,000 – 90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The position is open due to expansion, and you’ll be working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Implement accounting policy and facilitate annual planning
- Conduct quarterly variance analysis
- Analyze financial statements and general ledger accounts
- Make recommendations to lower costs and improve revenue
- Predict company forecasts based on current trends
- Collaborate with other departments for budgeting
- Prepare necessary journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of five years progressive experience in accounting
- Experience with automated financial planning software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High proficiency in spreadsheet applications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in FP&A software
- Good customer service skills
