Position: IT Manager
Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Overland Park, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Manager to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small internal IT team in a fully cloud-based environment. You'll be instrumental in driving IT operations and processes, providing mentorship, and supporting infrastructure. Join a company that values growth and offers a path to future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor ticket and workload management
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Configure and maintain Windows Servers and Firewalls
- Support and improve IT operations
- Identify and implement preventative solutions
- Assist with automation and scripting initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of IT experience required
- 2–3 years in a senior or management-level IT role preferred
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration
- Experience in firewall management and cloud platforms
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting/automation
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Development or scripting background
- Degree in a related field
