Position: Application Engineer
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Jacksonville, Florida

The role has opened due to the company’s expansion. As an Application Engineer, you will design control circuits for water and wastewater pumps, work closely with multiple teams, and engage in hands-on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design control circuits for water and wastewater pumps
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and production teams
- Generate accurate commercial quotations
- Specify component brand, model, and part number
- Support procurement and production alignment
- Participate in customer fact-finding calls
- Guide production team when needed
- Prioritize daily production time-sensitive solutions
- Travel occasionally to production facilities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience with electrical motor design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with electric motor control circuits
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to create schematics from customer requirements
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Engineering degree
- Experience with water/wastewater pumps
- Experience with HVAC pump motors
