Position: Commercial Banker II
Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Commercial Banker II to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you will manage medium to large secured or asset-based credit loans, working capital lines of credit, and treasury opportunities. This position offers the chance to develop commercial relationships, market a range of products and services, and work closely with clients to meet their financial needs. The role is open due to the approval of new headcount, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage medium to large size secured or asset-based credit loans
- Develop commercial relationships and market financial products
- Maintain open communication with clients to assess risks and opportunities
- Build relationships with internal departments to enhance client services
- Prospect new business and achieve growth goals
- Analyze financial information to determine client creditworthiness
- Participate in civic and public relations activities
- Ensure compliance with bank policy and regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of lending-related experience with complex credits
- Completion of Commercial Lending School within 24 months
- Completion of CFB4 training within 6 months
- Proven ability to build full banking relationships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Commercial Lending School or Omega Cash Flow analysis courses
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Previous experience with the company
