Position: Application Admin
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Admin to join their team!
Join a leading financial institution known for its stability and employee-focused culture. As an Application Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting key applications, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to become a subject matter expert and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and support assigned applications and related systems
- Provide user support for business processes and procedures
- Manage user access and application configuration
- Monitor vendor communications for application updates
- Test and evaluate upgrades and new functionalities
- Assist with system integrations and customizations
- Monitor and report on assigned systems
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of systems implementation and support experience
- Experience with Windows server administration and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of development/code
- Strong customer service and team player skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SQL and application support
- Experience with FinTech systems such as IBM Sterling, Business Objects
- Three or more years of systems implementation and support experience
