Position: Development Project Manager
Compensation: $105,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, Houston, or Chicago
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Development Project Manager to join their team!
Are you ready to lead the charge in developing cutting-edge store projects across major cities? This is your chance to manage the entire development process, from civil engineering to permitting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and strategic timelines. Dive into a dynamic role where your expertise will drive new store construction and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage development process for new store projects
- Develop and implement critical path strategies
- Oversee civil engineering plans with consultants
- Provide expert design solutions for site development
- Coordinate professional service agreements and consultant evaluations
- Create detailed cost estimates for business decisions
- Review geotechnical reports for compliance
- Coordinate easements and development agreements
- Conduct project review meetings
- Assist construction manager in resolving issues
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Five years of civil design or construction management experience
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Strong negotiating and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficient use of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Five or more years of project management experience
