Position: Civil Project Manager
Compensation: $ 105000 – 135000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Are you ready to take charge of exciting civil engineering projects? Join a dynamic team where you’ll manage all aspects of civil engineering and geotechnical design for site development. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure of new store developments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage civil engineering plans and geotechnical design
- Ensure compliance with standards and municipal codes
- Develop cost-effective designs and solutions
- Resolve permitting issues and collaborate with contractors
- Review prospective sites for engineering implications
- Travel to evaluate best practices for new store designs
- Create detailed cost estimates and approval packages
- Manage consultants and professional service agreements
- Coordinate with departments to capture non-standard site items
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Seven years of engineering design and project management
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Ten years of civil design and geotechnical experience
- Proficient use of AutoCAD Civil 3D Software
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
