Position: Director of Commercial Credit
Compensation: $120,000 – $125,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

This role is pivotal in managing and growing the commercial lending portfolio while ensuring sound credit quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review and approve commercial credit requests
- Guide complex credit relationships and loan structuring
- Ensure thorough financial and collateral analysis
- Maintain high standards for credit presentations
- Oversee compliance with regulations and policies
- Coordinate with internal and external audits
- Monitor credit risk metrics and report to leadership
- Lead and develop the commercial credit staff
- Promote communication between teams and leadership
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in commercial credit and lending
- 5 years of leadership experience in credit administration
- Strong knowledge of credit principles and risk management
- Proficient with commercial loan systems and financial software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a credit union environment
- Familiarity with NCUA regulations
- Strong executive and Board-level presentation abilities
