Position: Service Desk Technician
Compensation: $25 – $30/hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, CO
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Service Desk Technician, where you’ll play a crucial role in providing IT support in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to learn, driven to make an impact, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The role is open due to the company’s expansion, and they are looking for motivated individuals to enhance their team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical support in a high-volume environment
- Manage and prioritize IT support tickets efficiently
- Offer excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Assist with Active Directory for identity access management
- Support Windows environment and Dell hardware
- Utilize ITSM ticketing tools for issue tracking
- Collaborate with C-level executives and field crews
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in Windows environment and O365
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working with executives and field teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certifications in IT-related fields
- Experience with Azure AD and InTune
- Knowledge of cloud and on-premise systems
