Position: Plant Accountant
Compensation: $ 160,000 – 190,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as a Plant Accountant in a leading manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial operations and provide strategic insights to enhance plant performance. The position is based on-site, ensuring close collaboration with plant leadership to drive financial excellence. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership
- Own plant forecasting and budgeting processes
- Deliver performance management and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain plant KPI dashboards
- Strengthen plant costing mechanics and margin visibility
- Support plant inventory performance and working-capital drivers
- Provide finance support for plant capex planning and reporting
- Lead cost reduction programs and engage with production teams
- Ensure finance processes are SOX-compliant
- Lead and develop a small plant finance team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related roles
- Experience with plant costing and standard cost governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- SAP proficiency (FI/CO and/or manufacturing-related modules)
- MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
- Experience with digital reporting tools and BI tools
