Position: Business Unit Finance Director
Compensation: $184,000 – $220,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Redmond, Oregon OR Memphis, TN
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Unit Finance Director to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the financial strategy for a major business unit within a rapidly growing organization. The company is in expansion mode and looking for a seasoned finance professional with strong P&L experience to elevate their finance department. You’ll be working closely with the Business Unit EVP, providing insights and financial guidance to drive growth and profitability. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for travel and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Serve as primary finance partner to BU leadership
- Lead BU-level financial planning and forecasting
- Support commercial activities and strategic planning
- Analyze and communicate BU results and KPIs
- Produce executive-ready financial reports and insights
- Evaluate significant BU investments and initiatives
- Enhance reporting tools and processes for efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing
- Experience in BU-level planning and performance management
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Proficiency in ERP and reporting/BI/FP&A tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- MBA, CPA, or CMA certification
- Experience with capital allocation and investment evaluation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
