Position: AI Process Analyst
Compensation: $95,000 – 105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Process Analyst to join their team!
This exciting opportunity involves a combination of product ownership, project management, and business analysis. The role is integral to delivering practical generative AI solutions that enhance business processes. You will be part of a dynamic AI team, engaging with business units to translate their needs into effective AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build and refine no-code AI agents and workflows
- Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
- Meet with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Gather feedback to improve solution performance
- Define use cases and success criteria for AI initiatives
- Support business teams in using AI solutions responsibly
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to use AI for business process improvement
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Technical aptitude and comfort with emerging technologies
- Critical thinking skills for practical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant U.S.-based experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Glean or Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Familiarity with requirements gathering for technology projects
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience in a regulated industry like banking or finance
