Position: AI Business Analyst
Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AI Business Analyst to join their team!
This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between AI technology and business operations. As a key member of the AI team, you will work closely with various business units to identify opportunities for AI and automation, ensuring projects are well-defined and prioritized. This is a unique chance to influence the future of AI within a leading organization, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead discovery conversations to identify AI opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation for solution design and delivery
- Manage the AI use case backlog and prioritize initiatives
- Define requirements and success criteria for AI projects
- Coordinate across teams to ensure project progress
- Promote AI capabilities and build confidence within the organization
- Support business units throughout the AI initiative lifecycle
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant U.S.-based experience
- Experience in business discovery and process documentation
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with AI and automation concepts
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing a backlog or pipeline of work
- Experience in a business analyst or functional lead role
- Familiarity with project tracking tools like Asana
- Experience with process mapping methodologies
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking or finance
