Position: CRM Administrator
Compensation: $ 29 – 32 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled CRM Administrator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a CRM Administrator! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in communication and is passionate about improving business processes. You will work closely with a team to streamline operations and enhance user experience, all while being a key player in training and supporting users across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct user trainings and troubleshoot system issues
- Manage data entry and project data clean-up
- Collaborate with the team to optimize business processes
- Gather and relay user feedback for system improvements
- Assist in running user activity reports
- Support the front-end side of Dynamics365
- Coordinate with the development team for technical needs
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with Dynamics365
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions
- Proficient in data entry and data management
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- UI/UX experience
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
