Position: Business Systems Developer
Compensation: $70 – $95 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a tangible impact on the business by enhancing data pipelines and challenging existing processes. The company is looking for a proactive problem solver who is eager to engage with business stakeholders and utilize AI to improve operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and manage ERP systems and data pipelines
- Translate data between different systems
- Utilize Azure functions and data factory for data movement
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Create and run SQL queries and APIs
- Challenge and improve business processes
- Collaborate with teams to implement AI solutions
- Support financial functions with data insights
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems and data pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL and API development
- Background in C#/.Net or Python
- Understanding of structured and unstructured data
- Strong business analysis and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications
- Familiarity with Quorum or SAP ERP systems
