Position: Desktop Support Specialist
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a dynamic IT environment. You will deploy desktop applications, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and provide technical assistance across all user levels. The role promises a variety of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same. This position has opened up to enhance the support structure as the company continues to grow and innovate.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deploy desktop application software efficiently
- Provide technical assistance across all user levels
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for desktop systems
- Support employee lifecycle processes
- Administer printer services and manage service calls
- Engage in IT-related projects to expand skills
- Conduct periodic inventories of IT resources
- Maintain regular attendance and established work schedule
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum four years of professional IT experience
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, iOS
- Strong work ethic and task completion ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Additional relevant education or IT Certification
- Experience with Linux systems
- Knowledge of printer administration
