Position: Document Control Specialist
Compensation: $20 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, CO
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a Document Control Specialist to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to assist a dynamic team with their office move preparations. You will play a crucial role in organizing both physical and electronic documents, ensuring a seamless transition. This short-term contract position is perfect for those looking to gain some corporate experience as an entry-level candidate or to fulfill while looking for other full time work. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize physical documents efficiently
- Manage electronic document systems
- Scan and archive important files
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations
- Support office move preparations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven organizational skills
- Experience in document management
- Familiarity with scanning equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in office relocation projects
- Knowledge of document control software
