Position: Controller
Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step in and make a significant impact on the financial operations, driving efficiency and compliance. The role is open due to the company’s expansion and requires someone with a proactive attitude to streamline processes and support further growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee accounting operations including general ledger and payroll
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and Line of Credit daily
- Prepare and present internal financial reports
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Develop and implement accounting policies and improvements
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience managing audits and working with auditors
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with Sage and transitioning to NetSuite
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
- Process improvement mindset
