Position: Electrical CAD Technician
Compensation: $25 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Vancouver, Washington
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical CAD Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic technical team and contribute to exciting projects in electrical design and drafting. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers. With a focus on system improvements and capacity enhancements, you'll be at the forefront of technical planning and design efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare new and revise existing engineering drawings
- Adhere to company and client drafting standards
- Follow ANSI standard drafting practices
- Draft, design, and document various projects
- Utilize various drafting and design software
- Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by managers
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in CAD or specialized CAD certification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with BlueBeam software
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
